At Gianni Custom Clothiers, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Policy Overview

Do we accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return window:
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return method:
Returns are accepted by mail only.

Accepted product condition:
We accept returns for new, unused products only. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original packaging, tags, or accessories included when applicable.

Restocking fee:
We do not charge any restocking fee.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges. Customers who need a different size, color, or product may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories, tags, manuals, or labels.

A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is required.

Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, damage caused by improper handling, or missing original components may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

Your order number
The email address used to place the order
The reason for the return
Photos of the item if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return mailing address. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Cost

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, return shipping is provided at no cost to the customer.

For non-defective products, including returns due to customer preference, wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind, return shipping is also provided at no cost to the customer.

After your return request is approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions. The product must be returned by mail to complete the return process.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we verify the problem, we will assist you with the return process. Eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be returned for a refund at no cost to you.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following situations:

The return request is submitted after the 60-day return window.

The item has been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or is not in new condition.

The item is missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or proof of purchase.

The item was damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modification.

Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

Important Notes

Returns must be sent by mail according to the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts may not qualify for a refund unless the product itself is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
